近年来围绕护理管理、医院感染控制、急危重症救护开展研究，作为国家临床护理重点专科项目第一负责人，主持国家社会科学基金、军队科研课题、市级科研课题等10余项；荣获军队科技进步奖2项、上海市及以上成果奖7项；以第一、通讯作者发表论文52篇（其中SCI论文6篇），编撰专著16部，获批专利8项（其中发明专利2项）。
In recent years, research has been carried out around nursing management, hospital infection control, emergency and critical care. As the first person in charge of the national clinical nursing key specialty project, she presided over more than 10 projects such as the National Social Science Fund, military research projects, and municipal research projects；won 2 military Science and technology Progress awards and 7 achievement awards of Shanghai and above. As the first and corresponding author, she has published 52 papers (including 6 SCI papers), compiled 16 monographs, and obtained 8 patents (including 2 invention patents).
