目前主持市区级课题5项，作为主要负责人参与国自然在内的国家级和市区级科研项目5项，作为第一及通讯作者发表科研论文40余篇（其中 SCI5篇）、获得国家专利4项。入选上海市首批青年护理人才培养计划，获得第七届上海市护理工作改进成果奖、上海市护理科技二等奖、5848vip威尼斯电子游戏教学成果二等奖。分别于2012、2015年参加第38、41届美国多元文化护理国际大会并进行口头和海报学术交流，2014年作为访问学者到美国东密西根大学进行护理研究学习。
At present, he has in charge of 5 projects, participated in 5 national and urban level scientific research projects including NSFC, published more than 40 scientific research papers (including 5 SCI papers) and obtained 4 national patents as the first and corresponding author. She was selected into the first batch of young nursing talents training plan in Shanghai, and won the seventh Shanghai nursing improvement achievement award, the second prize of Shanghai nursing science and technology award, and the second prize of Tongji University Teaching Achievement Award. In 2012 and 2015, She participated in the 38th and 41st American International Conference on multicultural nursing and conducted oral and poster academic exchanges. In 2014, he went to the University of East Michigan as a visiting scholar to study nursing research.
