研究兴趣主要为纳米医学在神经系统疾病与癌症治疗中的应用,包括开发基于纳米材料的新型神经调控技术,以治疗神经退行性疾病;研发响应病灶微环境的生物材料,用于癌症诊疗;以及纳米材料的仿生合成等。研究背景交叉了纳米医学、生物化学、神经科学等。研究论文发表在Advanced Materials, Small, Analytical Chemistry等期刊。主持国家自然科学基金项目,上海市卫健委临床研究专项,国家重点研发计划子课题等国家及省部级科研项目。
The research interests mainly focus on applying nanomedicine for treating neurological diseases and cancer, including (i) the development of nanomaterials-enabled novel neuromodulation strategies for treating neurodegenerative diseases; (ii) the development of biomaterials that respond to the microenvironment of cancer for diagnosis and treatment; and (iii) the biomimetic synthesis of nanomaterials. The research background crosses nanomedicine, biochemistry, and neuroscience. Representative papers have been published in Advanced Materials, Small, Analytical Chemistry and so on.
