近5年,本人以第一/通讯作者发表论文6篇,揭示环状RNA circHMGCS1-016高表达通过miR-1236-3p/CD73与GAL-8诱导ICC细胞侵袭及重塑肿瘤免疫微环境,参与ICC患者抗PD1治疗耐受相关;且CD73高表达CD73的ICC患者预后关系。发现白质翻译起始因子eIF3C、泛素酶TRIM44及UHRF2过表达与ICC恶性表型及ICC患者不良预后相关。
In the past 5 years, I published 6 papers as the first / corresponding author, and revealed that the high expression of circular RNA circHMGCS1-016 induces ICC cell invasion and remodeling of tumor immune microenvironment through miR-1236-3p / CD73 and GAL-8 axis to participate in the tolerance of anti-PD1 therapy in ICC patients; and high CD73 expression were negatively associated with the prognosis of ICC patients, and found that the overexpression of eIF3C, E3 ubiquitin ligase TRIM44 and UHRF 2 was associated with the malignant phenotype of ICC and the poor prognosis of ICC patients.
