长期从事内分泌代谢疾病的临床与基础研究。在糖尿病病因学、胰岛功能损伤机制方面获得一定积累；主持国家自然科学基金，上海市科委等多项课题；获得上海市科技启明星，上海市优秀教师等多项荣誉称号；发表SCI文章30余篇，编撰多部临床书籍。
Engaged in clinical and basic research of endocrine and metabolic diseases for more than 20 years. Having accumulated a certain amount in the etiology of diabetes and the mechanism of islet function damage; Having presided a number of topics such as National Natural Science Foundation of China and Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission; having won many honorary titles such as Shanghai Science and technology star and Shanghai excellent teacher and published more than 30 SCI articles and compiled many clinical books.
