医学博士，主任医师，博士生导师，博士后导师。目前担任5848vip威尼斯电子游戏附属同济医院皮肤科主任,毛发医学中心主任。专业特长：毛发、医学美容、真菌病学。现为世界华人医师协会皮肤科医师协会常委，中国人口文化促进会皮肤性病防治专业委员会常委，中国整形美容协会毛发医学分会常委，中国中西医结合学会医学美容专业委员会毛发医学与头皮健康管理专家委员会常委，上海市女医师协会皮肤美容美学专业委员会常委。国家自然基金项目评审函评专家，国家教育部学位论文函评专家，上海市科委基金项目函评专家，上海市教委学位论文函评专家。2017年入选上海市卫健委“上海杰出青年医学人才培养计划”。

Currently the director of the Department of Dermatology and the Director of the Hair Medicine Center of Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University. Professional expertise: hair, medical cosmetology, mycology. Currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Dermatologist Association of the World Chinese Physician Association, a member of the Standing Committee of the Professional Committee of Skin and Venereal Diseases of the China Association for the Promotion of Population and Culture, a member of the Standing Committee of the Hair Medicine Branch of the China Plastic and Aesthetic Association, and the Hair Medicine and Scalp Health Management Expert Committee of the Medical Cosmetology Professional Committee of the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine. Member of the Standing Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Skin Cosmetic Aesthetics Professional Committee of the Shanghai Women Physician Association. Expert in letter evaluation of National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, expert in letter evaluation of dissertations of the Ministry of Education, expert in letter evaluation of fund projects of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, and expert in letter evaluation of dissertations of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission. In 2017, selected for the "Shanghai Outstanding Young Medical Talents Training Program" by the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission.

从事皮肤性病学医疗、教学、科研工作三十余年，研究领域：毛发，医学美容，医学真菌病学。主持有多项国家自然基金课题、上海市科委基金课题等。发表SCI和核心期刊论文四十余篇，论文分别在J Am Acad Dermatol, PLoS Pathog，Frontiers in Microbiology等有较高影响力的SCI期刊发表。参编著作和教材7部，其中2部为副主编，做为第一申请人申请国家发明专利6项，获得已授权国家发明专利2项。培养硕博士研究生13名，毕业8名（含4名外国留学生）。2018年获得5848vip威尼斯电子游戏附属同济医院“师德师风毕业生心目中的好导师”称号。率先在国内开展了肉毒素局部注射治疗雄激素性脱发，现已进行临床推广，并率先在国内提出对于雄激素性脱发进行慢病管理理念。

Engaged in medical treatment, teaching, and scientific research of dermatology and venereology for more than 30 years. Research fields: hair, medical cosmetology, and medical mycology. Presided over a number of National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission Fund projects, etc. Published more than 40 papers in SCI and core journals, and the papers were published in J Am Acad Dermatol, PLoS Pathog, Frontiers in Microbiology and other SCI journals with high influence. Participated in the compilation of 7 books and textbooks, 2 of which were associate editors, applied for 6 national invention patents as the first applicant, and obtained 2 authorized national invention patents. Trained 13 master and doctoral students, 8 graduated (including 4 foreign students). In 2018, awarded the title of "Good Mentor in the Mind of Graduates with Teachers' Morality" by Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University. We have taken the lead in carrying out the local injection of botulinum toxin in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia in China, and have now carried out clinical promotion, and taken the lead in proposing the concept of chronic disease management for androgenetic alopecia in China.
