2011-2014年为中美联合培养硕士，专业为微生物与免疫学。2014-2017年为复旦大学附属华山医院博士，专业为感染病学。2019年起从事皮肤病与性病的临床、教学和科研工作，专注于性传播感染的诊治与研究，入选上海市公共卫生优秀青年人才计划，以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文11篇，其中7篇为JCR一区，1篇被选为封面文章。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、上海市自然科学基金面上项目1项、上海市优青人才项目1项，获省部级科技进步奖1项，授权发明专利5项，相关研究成果受邀于欧洲临床微生物学和传染病大会（ECCMID）、国际抗性传播感染联盟亚太会议（IUSTI-AP）等国际会议作口头报告，研究成果对皮肤与性传播感染的诊断、耐药监测、合理治疗有重要指导意义。

Dr. Ye received her Master training from Indiana University School of Medicine during 2011-2014. Then, she received her Ph.D training of infectious diseases from Huashan Hospital, Fudan University during 2014-2017. In 2019, she became a clinician at Shanghai Skin Diseases Hospital. Her work focuses on the basic and clinical research of sexually transmitted diseases. In 2020, she was selected as one of the Shanghai public health excellent young talents. She has published 11 research papers, of which 7 are ranked in JCR Q1. One of her publications was selected as the cover article. She has hosted many projects, including National Natural Science Foundations, Shanghai Natural Science Foundation, and excellent young talent project of Shanghai. She received the provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress award, and authorized 5 invention patents. Her work and discoveries were invited as oral presentations at the European Conference on Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ECCMID) and the International Union against Sexually Transmitted Infections (IUSTI), Asia Pacific (IUSTI-AP). Her work contributed significantly to our understanding of the diagnosis, antibiotic resistance and treatment of sexually transmitted infections.
