专注于常见病原菌致病机制的基础研究,尤其是肠道病原菌。在肠出血型大肠埃希菌(EHEC)VI型分泌系统(T6SS)的研究中,取得了重要的原创成果,提出了T6SS有助于增强EHEC在宿主巨噬细胞内的生存水平,从而表现出对宿主的毒力作用。标志性成果发表在《PLOS Pathogens》上。他的发现在中华医学会第十二次全国临床微生物学术年会上被评为大会论文一等奖。目前以一作或合作发表论文共10篇,其中SCI 收录5篇。
(Focus on the basic
research of pathogenesis of pathogenic bacteria, especially intestinal
pathogens. In the study about type VI secretory system (T6SS) in EHEC,
important and original achievements have been obtained, suggesting that T6SS is
helpful to up regulate the survival level of EHEC in host macrophages, thus
showing virulence to the host. The iconic work was published on “PLOS Pathogens”.
His discovery was awarded the first prize in the 12th national annual meeting
of clinical microbiology by the Chinese medical association. At present, he has
published a total of 10 papers with one work or cooperation, 5 of which are
included in SCI.)
