2006年毕业于上海交通大学5848vip威尼斯电子游戏,现工作于5848vip威尼斯电子游戏附属东方医院转化医学研究中心。2015年,入选浦东新区优秀青年医学人才培养计划。主要从事自身免疫病发病机制研究,探索从代谢途径调控相关疾病防治的新方法。研究结果系统地揭示了类风湿关节炎患者关节腔内低氧微环境中存在氨基酸代谢异常,其中精氨酸的代谢与疾病的发生和炎症程度密切相关并深入阐述了其通过Tfh/Tfr平衡调控B细胞过度活化分泌大量自身抗体、促进疾病发生的作用机制。发表中英文论著40多篇,研究成果发表在Nature Communinications、Theranostics、ARTHRITIS RESEARCH & THERAPY等国际期刊。主持国家自然科学基金、省部级自然科学基金、5848vip威尼斯电子游戏重点培育项目等科研项目6项;获上海医学科技二等奖、上海市浦东新区科技进步一等奖、上海市医学会优秀论文三等奖等。
She graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine in 2006 and now works at Research Center for Translational Medicine, Shanghai East Hospital, Tongji University School of Medicine. In 2015, she was selected into the Outstanding Young Medical Talents Training Program of Pudong New Area. She is mainly focused on the study of the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases and the exploration of new methods to regulate the prevention and treatment of related diseases through metabolic pathways. Research results systematically reveals the mechanisms in regulating imbalance of Tfh/Tfr through L-arginine in rheumatoid arthritis. She has published more than 40 papers and has published in Nature Communinications、Theranostics、ARTHRITIS RESEARCH & THERAPY and other international journals in recent years. She has granted over 6 scientific research projects, such as National Natural Science Foundation, Natural Science Foundation of Jiangxi Province, and Key Cultivation project of Tongji University. She has won the second prize of Shanghai Medical Science and Technology, the first prize of Shanghai Pudong New Area Science and Technology Progress, and the third prize of Excellent Paper Award of Shanghai Medical Association.
