目前主要从消化道肿瘤的早期诊断与微创治疗相关研究，以及精准医学在消化道内镜粘膜下剥离术（ESD）后创面修复中的应用，同时关注ESD术中注射液及器械的改进升级。承担国家自然科学基金面上项目3项，上海市科委重点项目2项，上海市及复旦大学其它科研项目4项，总科研经费200余万元。主编和参编医学专著10余部。以第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文50余篇。

At present, our group aims at the pathogenesis of gastrointestinal tumors and the application of precision medicine in wound healing after gastrointestinal endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD). Meanwhile, we focus on improvement of submucosal injection solution and the instruments for ESD. I have been in charge of 3 surface projects of The National Natural Science Foundation of China,2 major subjects of Shanghai Science and Technology Committee and 4 research projects of other institutions, with more than 2 million yuan overall in funding. In addition, I have edited and participated in more than 10 medical books, published more than 50 academic papers as the first author or correspondence.
