主攻脊柱外科的基础和临床，长期聚焦椎间盘退变的修复再生与骨质疏松疾病防治策略的研究。主持完成国家自然科学基金2项、上海市卫健委老龄化与妇儿健康研究专项1项；主持上海市浦东新区卫健委学科带头人培养计划1项、上海市浦东新区卫健委特色专病项目1项、浦东新区卫生健康委员会卫生科研联合攻关项目1项、江西省自然科学基金重点项目1项、江西省主要学科学术和技术带头人培养计划领军人才项目1项；参与国家科技部重点研发计划1项等；获批科研经费200余万元，发表学术及教学论文40余篇，其中SCI收录30余篇，累计影响因子超 70分；参编教材 4 部，授权专利 6 项；作为科室主任和医院发展建设的中坚、核心力量，先后入选“浦东新区卫生系统学科带头人培养计划”、“上海市卫生系统优秀青年医学人才培养计划”、“江西省主要学科学术和技带头人领军人才培养计划”，荣膺第17届上海市卫生系统青年最高荣誉“银蛇奖”。

I specialize in both basic and clinical aspects of spinal surgery, with a long-term focus on research related to the repair and regeneration of intervertebral disc degeneration and strategies for preventing and treating osteoporosis. I have led and completed two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one research project under the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Health Aging and Maternal and Child Health Special Program. Additionally, I have directed one project in the Discipline Leader Training Program of the Pudong New Area Health Commission, one project in the Pudong New Area Health Commission's Special Disease Program, one joint research project with the Pudong New Area Health and Family Planning Commission, one key project funded by the Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and one leading talent project in the academic and technical leaders training program in Jiangxi Province. I have also participated in one project funded by the National Ministry of Science and Technology. I have secured over 2 million RMB in research funding, published more than 40 academic and teaching papers, including over 30 in SCI journals with a cumulative impact factor exceeding 70. I have contributed to the authorship of four textbooks and have been granted six patents. As the backbone and core strength of the department and hospital development and construction, I have been selected for the "Pudong New Area Health System Discipline Leader Training Program," the "Shanghai Health System Outstanding Young Medical Talent Training Program," and the "Jiangxi Provincial Major Discipline Academic and Technical Leader Talent Training Program," and was honored with the 7th Shanghai Health System Youth Highest Honor, the "Silver Serpent Award."
