从事辅助生殖技术的临床应用的科研工作，完成上海首例报道卵子玻璃化冷冻后供卵试管婴儿、世界首例报道卵子透明带ZP1和ZP2双缺失女性分娩。主持国家重点研发计划子课题人类子宫内膜的形成机制（SQ2017ZY050118-03）等局级以上科研项目近6项，参与国家重点研发计划人类配子发生成熟障碍的分型（2016YFC1000602）及国家自然基金重点课题等科研项目近10项。发表论文50余篇，其中SCI收录10余篇，编写专著8部，其中副主编3部。

Through my work in the clinical application and research of assisted reproductive technologies, I have achieved the first birth of a donor IVF baby after oocyte vitrification in Shanghai, and a world first for the birth of oocytes with ZP2 and ZP3 heterozygous mutations. Currently, I am the leading researcher of six projects including a subproject supported by a grant from the State's Key Project of Research and Development Plan, the formation mechanism of human endometrium (SQ2017ZY050118-03). Furthermore, I am also involving in ten projects including classification of human gamete development and maturation disorders (2016YFC1000602) which supported by a grant from the State's Key Project of Research and Development Plan, and other projects supported by grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China or other agencies. I have published over 50 papers, more than 10 of which were included in SCI journals. I have compiled 8 books, in 3 of which I was associate editor.
