Academic achievements:
1. 申请人近期主要创新聚焦于纳米技术整合抗肿瘤研究、肿瘤免疫治疗研究。
2. 以第一作者及通讯作者发表SCI论文40余篇。其中结合跨学科纳米技术制备免疫药物递送系统增强抗PD-1/PD-L1疗效,有效抑制三阴性乳腺肿瘤生长,相关系列成果发表于《ADV MATER》、《SMALL》等国际知名杂志,单篇最高影响因子达30.849。
3. 2019年度作为项目第一完成人,以“基于纳米材料抗肿瘤药物的设计合成与活性研究”及“纳米肿瘤靶向药物的构建及应用”项目分获上海市医学科技奖青年科技奖、上海市科技进步奖三等奖。2020年获上海市女医师协会第三届医树奖•临床医学科技创新奖三等奖。
4. 申请实用型专利一项(专利号: 201910791237.9)。
临床成果:
Clinical achievement
1. 联合多家二甲医院、社区医院,完成浦东新区卫计委联合攻关项目“复发转移性乳腺癌个体化精准化诊疗模型建立”,通过结题验收,在多家医院进行推广应用。
2. 作为肿瘤疫苗研发临床顾问,与国内首个部署mRNA个体化肿瘤疫苗的斯微生物合作开展个体化mRNA肿瘤疫苗临床试验2项,逐步推进晚期及术后肿瘤患者的个体化免疫治疗试验进程,将有效推动国内mRNA肿瘤疫苗发展及肿瘤精准治疗,为个体化mRNA肿瘤疫苗制剂的生产应用及临床推广带来广阔前景。
